GOFFSTOWN - At last night's meeting of the Board
of Selectman, DPW director Carl Quiram responded to numerous articles
and letters appearing in the media which he felt did not accurately
represent the operations of his
department. Reading directly from a March 4th memorandum he had sent to the board, Quiram addressed numerous issues, ranging from claims that the road plan has increased sewer rates, the DPW's recent purchase of an excavator and the department's planned reclamation work.
