Final
cost for Grasmere
project: $809K

GOFFSTOWN
- In a memo to selectmen last month (see below),
Public Works Director Carl Quiram announced that the
final cost for the Grasmere project came to a total of
$809,373.
In his memo, Quiram pointed out that similar projects
around the state involved higher costs than those for
the Grasmere project, and included sidewalks and
extensive drainage work.
"Though I would have hoped the total cost would have been lower, it still was not too bad when compared to other similar projects."
Quiram said in an email to the GRA. " Keep in mind that the numbers are for the entire project because we did not keep track of the roundabout
separately".
