Return to Sender?

On Jan. 21, 2009, Barack Obama was sworn in as president.
Approximately two weeks later, he was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize, and as was announced
last week, he was chosen, above all the other nominees, to receive the prize.
He was nominated and won this prestigious award not for all he accomplished in his first two weeks as president, but solely on his campaign promises.
This is unprecedented and I'm just wondering, if he doesn't accomplish all of his promised goals, will he relinquish the prize as well as the $1.4 million?
