HOPE needs our help!

GOFFSTOWN
- Project HOPE (Help Our Playgrounds Evolve), a
subcommittee of the Bartlett school PTA, is facing a
crucial deadline for rebuilding the school's failing
playground.
According to HOPE chairman Holly Tate, the playground is rotting and sinking into the ground. The group hopes to rebuild it with new
equipment that encourages children to be more physically active.
But in order to receive a 40 percent discount on the
playground equipment, the purchase must be made no later
than December 15th.
HOPE has so far raised $43,000 of the $47,000 needed for
the playground equipment alone, and is currently $7,000
shy of the total of $50,000 needed for the complete
project, including labor and installation.
Tickets for a raffle the group is holding in January are
currently available at $5 each.
