Goffstown woman seriously injured

GOFFSTOWN - A West Lebanon man was charged with felony driving under the influence after a Goffstown woman was seriously hurt in a Saturday morning crash on Wallace Road.
Roger O'Connor, 36, was arrested at the scene of the crash and taken by ambulance to Elliot Hospital for injuries he sustained in the 8:50 a.m. collision.
Police said O'Connor's car struck a 2006 Ford Escape driven by Julie Haigler, 26, of Goffstown.
She was taken to Catholic Medical Center with what police called "serious bodily injuries to her lower extremities." O'Connor was released on bail and is to be arraigned in Merrimack District Court Oct. 7 .
