Police say argument led to dragging

GOFFSTOWN - Goffstown police have accused a woman of dragging another woman with her vehicle after the two got into an argument.

Goffstown police arrested 20-year-old Traci Pettengill of New Boston on Thursday.  She's been charged with reckless conduct.

Pettengill has been released on $5,000 personal recognizance bond.
