GOFFSTOWN - Authorities in Washington state have
charged a former New Hampshire man in connection with
marijuana farms found at two houses, including one where
two people were reportedly shot to death. U.S. marshals
arrested John Hien Nguyen, 38, in Goffstown last Tuesday
on a warrant for conspiracy to manufacture marijuana. He
was taken to Strafford County jail in Dover, where he
continues to await extradition.
John Nguyen is one of three people who have been
arrested in the pot investigations. No one has been
charged in the killings.
"Exactly what role John Hien Nguyen has in the overall
drug conspiracy, or any information he might have
related to the murder case, is obviously something
investigators are still piecing together," said Emily
Langlie, a spokesman for the U.S. Attorney's Office in
Seattle.
