Volunteers sought for new Ethics
Committee
GOFFSTOWN
- The Goffstown Board of Selectmen is seeking volunteers to serve on
a new Ethics Policy Development Committee for the purpose of recommending
town Ethics Policies and Procedures.
If you are a resident of Goffstown, have time to contribute to your
town, are you interested in studying municipal ethics policies and
procedures and would you like to be involved in development of a municipal ethics policy and procedures for your
town, then please consider serving your town in
establishing this new and important committee.
The Board views the development of an Ethics Policy as a pro-active measure, a way of establishing guidelines which clearly indicate the town’s expectations of its municipal officials and employees. This is an ad hoc committee which will meet as needed to complete their recommendation by mid September.
If you are interested in serving on the Ethics Policy Development Committee, please
complete a volunteer application form which is available at the town’s website
(www.goffstown.com) or at the Administration Office, Town Hall, 16 Main Street, Goffstown,
NH 03045.
